For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes the consumer's domain name and e-mail address (where possible).

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. This is done via Google Analytics and our hosting platform.

The information we collect is used for internal review, as well as to send out notices and updates about our products. 

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart.

The Websites and all services provided by High Caliber Home Inspection via each of the foregoing, now and as they become available in the future are referred to collectively, the “Services”). As part of the Services, High Caliber Home Inspection organizes and provides efficient means to access and receive updates regarding your appointments that may have been previously dispersed over many different Third Party Platforms and to better manage your calendar events created from within Spectora Software, each of which may have entries over various Third Party Platforms. “Third Party Platforms” are email and calendar services such as Google Calendar and other similar platforms, from which you authorize us to import your calendar information into Spectora Softward, and any additional information. High Caliber Home Inspection enables you to access, organize and receive updates about your schedule with whom you have professional relationships. Specifically, if you are using Spectora Software and choose to sync with Google Calendar then data is stored within the calendar you choose on your schedule to sync events between your Spectora Software system and your Google Calendar.

Information We Collect

When you interact with us through our Services, we may collect personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information from you, as further described below:

Personal Data That You Provide: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to our Services or use certain of our Services. We collect your name and contact information as well as your log-in credentials for each Third Party Platform (the “Third Party Login Credentials”) that you provide us.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to us via our Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of Company and the authorized third party service providers referred to herein located in the United States and abroad.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address, writing to us at the above address or turning off emails in your profile.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to a description of information that we maintain about them.

Data uploaded from home inspectors to our servers is stored on secure Spectora Software Servers. It may also be backed up on secure Google servers. Any data uploaded from a home inspector about themselves or their clients is only accessed by the inspector (or their company), their clients, whomever the inspector/client forward it to (i.e. agents, attorneys, etc), and High Caliber Home Inspection. High Caliber Home Inspection does not share any information about it's clients or their data with 3rd parties. Home inspectors may themselves share data with 3rd parties such as RecallChek, Home Binder, etc by utilizing features within the software and actively sending the data (i.e. pressing a send to RecallChek button, or setting something to automatically send). No data is sent without the inspector initiating it.
